Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE always trying to make sure customers are satisfied with their purchase. In case you products arrive damaged, or they are faulty, contact the Manufacturer immediately & send us email at [email protected] . We will provide all the assistance needed to get your product replaced directly from the Manufacturer.

Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE will never accept return & refund any product/amount under any condition or terms.

Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE should be informed within the 2 days period after receiving the order.

Customers are not entitled for a replacement if they change their mind about the purchased product or the availability of the product elsewhere at a lower price.

In case we receive a cancellation notice, and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and replace the products with another products approved by the buyer. However Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE will never refund the amount after it has been collected by the authorized channels.

We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, cleared and ready to ship/deliver by us.

Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE and accept Laodicea Heating Solutions Trading FZE decision regarding the replacement of the product.
